Feel like rambling tonight...Anybody out there ever get big time energy bursts?!
I'd say for me 60%of the time excercising is fun, but HARD, "just do it", pull it out of my heels work! 15% of the time it's I'd rather eat worms, have my toenails pulled out (one by one), anything but this! Then there's the other 25% which I LOVE! where you feel like your in a trance while your walking and could walk forever! Or your jogging and feel nothing but the wind beneath your feet...or your lifting weights and thinking "I feel soooooooo strong!" Man I love those times! I just wish they were 100% of the time!

I always start off my jogs hating it - looking at the long stretch of road ahead of me, thinking I'll never make it.
About halfway through though, I hit a "trance" and a good steady pace and think I could go forever. Every single time I get home after jogging, I tell my husband how great I feel, so, it is definitely worth it.

I'm the same way. Many times I dread going for a run, but after a mile or so I forget that I'm even exercising and the rest of the run is fantastic. The only form of exercise I've found that I never dread is yoga. If you need something that's easy to motivate to do you should try it. I added it to my routine on Wednesday's because I am generally really busy that day and find it hard to make time to exercise, but since I started yoga I rarely miss a class. I've also added it to my Friday night and it keeps me from going to happy hour and drinking high calorie drinks and eating appetizers. Also as a plus it's really strengthened my core, flattened my stomach and I have back muscles now that I never knew existed. Be prepared to be sore the fist couple of classes you attend.

I actually get excited about going to the gym or Spinning I have now got to the point where if I have a free evening at home I get bored and wish I was out at the gym or Spinning. I am full of energy all the time! the more you exercise the more energy you have it^s fun!
