Well, my goal to eat between 1220-1500 calories got shot just a little.
I totaled out at 1750, but I decided I'm okay with that (it's not like I'm going over my maintenance calories... heck, I'm still creating a 500 calorie deficit!)
After the last few weeks I'm just happy with counting calories and watching my portions. : )

I had the same goal - to eat between 1200-1500 a day. I've been under 1500 so feel good about that, but have really wanted to be closer to 1200. Oh well...

I was and have been under 1200
Just can not seem to get up there!
and I feel like I am eatting a ton of stuff!
and worked out 2 days in a row, and plan on tonight too!

I think I ended about 2000 or so, not my best day at all, I was doing good until my sister invited me to lunch-then dinner rolled around and well I don't want to talk about it...Today is a new day!
Started diet 09-16-04
s/w: 188lbs
c/w: 171lbs (as of 12-03-04)
g/w: 155lbs (by 01-28-05)

Well, if you're not too far under 1200 you should be ok. Are you taking a mulitivitamin just in case you miss out on the nutrients you need?
LOL! I wish I had problems getting to 1200! There's a been a few time when I'm stressed that I can't get up there.... But I usually have enough trouble staying under 1500. : )

Well, you ARE meeting your goal. I'll be happy for you! : ) I'd like to be closer to 1200, too, but since I know sometimes that's not enough for me I would just rather give myself that range so I can have a few extra calories if needed.
