I was bad. I went over my calories by 150 to total out at 1650 for the day.
OOPS! Well, a small setback in my goal, but I'm still under my maintenance calories, so I think I'll be just fine.
Maybe I'll try and stay under 1350 tomorrow to make up for it (and maybe I wont!) Maybe I'll just be the bad girl all the nice boys want for today. ; )

Ok ... let me see ....
I missed the walking steps big time. 3913 instead of 7000. I may have to rethink how many hours there are in a day :)
I'm under calories at 1423.
But I did do the BFL upper body work out. It was pretty great.

Its so funny, how "they" say you should get 10,000 step a day for a healthier life, and some of "us" (and I stress some) think "Oh WOW! I walk a lot anyways! I'm sure I'm walking 10,000 steps. No biggie." And those of "us" that think that walk out and get a pedometer and wear it around and when we read it at the day, find the results to be terribly disappointing.
Haha, guess I'm wrong in my faulty thinking (oops, did I say that? I was trying to deflect the blame from myself there...)

Guess it's not supposed to be easy, huh? Poo on the devil that created exercise and bonbons.

Did my 30 minutes of cardio and drank 4 bottles of water. I didn't get in the 2 cups of green tea. I probably will today though. It's cold and rainy. I love hot tea on rainy days!

I think it was a prevention magazine that I read said, wear it for a few days and see what your average is, then go up in increments. I've never worn mine to work ... I just KNOW that nurses walk miles and miles and miles (could be Freudian, forgetting to take it)
Anyway, I picked 7000 because it had something to do with when I walked 3 miles a day. I guess I'll know in a couple of days whether that was a silly number or not. Maybe I should have followed the directions in the magazine article ... follow directions?
