... of the new five day challenge. = )
How did we fare?
My goal was to keep my calories under 1500 a day and walk 3 times a 30 minutes each time over the 5 day period.
Well, mondays are my busiest days, so no walk.
My calories leveled out at a very nice 1300.
LOL... so I have 4 days to get my 3 walks in. I think I can do that.

Well...I was gonna wait until I had gone over to the hospital to walk...but..since that is not part of my challenge..I can at least do my calories..I have put everything I plan on eating (still have one snack left) and it came to 1308 calories for the day...this is well below my 1700..AND..I may not even eat my last snack...depends on if I get hungry at my usual 10 pm (one of the downfalls of working the evening shift).
So..so far...I have done Ok...but..tomorrow is another day!! :) Lets hope I don't blow it!!

Ok..now I can add 30 minutes of walking on the treadmill...45 crunches...and a 5 minute stint on the bike...I had to finish watching Law and Order...and I couldn't just sit there in a room full of workout stuff. :)

Burned the 1,171 calories, but developed severe Achilles Tendonitis and runners knee in my right leg. Scheduled an appointment with an Ortho who specializes in runners for Friday. I think he will have to fit me with some custom orthotics to ease the pain of running.
We'll see how this one goes.

I think I walked too early in the day (then sat in the car for a few hours) I wasn't hungry later in the day like I usually am. So while fitday says I used 1966, I doubt it and my 'in' was only 1454.
So, so much for balance, but it was perfectly natural feeling so ... I'll take it with a grain of salt and be thankful it wasn't unbalanced the other way.

Well yesterday was a very hard day. I knew this would happen, as soon as I vow to you all that I'm going to do something, everything goes crazy in my life. My day got all screwed up, hubby came home from work early, right after I posted the 5 day challenge, and I thought to myself, this isn't going to happen is it?!? I'll spare you the details, but later in the day we got into a fight. I was laying there crying and then I thought, what am I doing, I still need to exercise today. It was 4 in the afternoon and usually if I haven't done it by noon, I'm not going to. So, anyway long story short, I got off my butt, went ot the gym and did my hour of cardio!!!
1 hour on elliptical- burned 600 calories(according to machine)
