Go to Calorieking.com, click on "food database," and enter "eggo" (with 2 g's), and you'll find all the info you need, for every flavor of Eggo. This is a good site in general for brand name foods. I understand that they're going to start charging for membership soon, but I think the food database will still be free.

thanks a lot miranda, I have some eggo waffles in my freezer that aren't in the box so I couldn't check to see how much they are and I wanted to eat them today because they look good, but I wasn't going to eat them until I found out exactly how many calories are in them. Thanks I'll try it.

I had waffles for breakfast.
two waffles are 190 calories.
It says it on the box.
Syrup is about 210 calories for two tbls
