someone posted this receipe a few days ago
use 4 egg whites with about 1/2 cup skimmed milk and cinnamon to taste. Spray the pan first, then fry away! It makes about 4 slices of toast (more than I can even eat!)
i bought a carton of egg white and it says 1/4c is equal to 1 egg
well how much equals 4 egg whites?

Great egg white brunch idea-Scrambled egg whites,1 piece turkey
sausage,1oz lo fat cheddar cheese(shredded) and salsa tucked
inside a fat free flour tortilla.Yum!
