I can't remember the last time I went to one of these places besides Friday night. We were in a hurry to get on the road to get to the lake and drove through Wendy's. I had the Classic Single and we shared a small coke. I budgeted 600 calories, but just looked and the hamburger was only 410. Better than I thought, but I'm glad I don't frequent the places anymore. It sure was good though.

Calorieking.com is also a great place to get calorie counts and nutrition information on foreign/ethnic foods.

Ya know, I used to eat a double whopper with cheese a king sized order of fries and one of their desserts for a meal. I bet I was eating 1,500 calories in one meal. After eating all of that, if it was a weekend, I probably would go home and take a nap. No wonder I was fat.
I also notice the fiesta salad at McDonald's has as many calories as some cheeseburgers. People THINK they are eating healthy, but are consuming just another form of high calorie foods. You really have to watch these places.

That is why usually 95% of the time if we need to get fast food we will get the low-fat Subway subs (without cheese or olives).
I did try the Burger King chicken baguette sandwich once and it is ok as far as calories and taste but you might need a big salad (with fat-free dressing) on the side to get filled up :-)

Bingo Don...that's exactly what I say too...they market so many products now a days, and if you don't do research, you may not really know what you are consuming. If I eat out at fast foods...I chose to eat salads with grilled chicken and I also chose their fat free or low fat vin. One time I ate all of the stuff that comes with the Santa Fe Chicken Salad from Jack in the Box...I looked at Calorie King and said, HECK, I could have had a burger! ;o)
