 Eating To Live

About 2 months ago I was continuously eating and doing nothing but going to school, so I always felt guilty eating all the time without a reason. I just enjoyed food tremendously. I also kept gaining weight, not much, but just enough to keep me depressed. Then 2 months ago I started getting active and I went out and joined a school of martial arts. I started going twice a week and now i'm up to 4 times a week and I'm enjoying every bit of it. Now, since i'm going to school in the morning and doing martial arts at night, I have to find time to eat. Because if I don't eat i'll get really weak and fatigued. So I'm finally to that point in life where I have to make myself eat and i'm gettin' plenty of physical activity. I have also noticed that even though I haven't lost but 1 pound in the last month or so, I've dropped in clothing size. Go figure, I guess whatever works.

Just wanted to share.
It's taken me a year to get to this point =)
Take Care,
Trace

I always say "eat to live, don't live to eat". Now if I could only follow my own advice.
