Hello!
Hi I am 18 Exercise has been part of my life since I wanted to lose weight for my prom 2½ years ago. I lost weight not in the best way (starvation, fierce excercising) but I lost 50 pounds anyways. Now everytime I try to lose weight it seems so hard I ask myself "How did I lose so much weight". I exercize but my eating habits are quite bad. Well my other prom is coming soon:) and I want to lose weight another 50 pounds or so. What should I eat in order feel satisfied like not feel hungry and lose weight?

First off, try adding weight lifting to your exercise program. Since you starved yourself the first time to lose weight, you lost a lot of muscle mass which you need to burn fat. The more muscle you have the more calories you can consume and not gain weight. Next, try going to you family doctor and ask him/her for a diet plan or try going to Weight Watcher or some other help group. You need to EAT in order to lose weight and keep your metabolism on high. If you don't, your body will store all of the fat it can to prepare for the next time you try to starve yourself. Believe me, I know from experience.

Hi , I had the same problem as you! I wanted to loose 50lbs for my senior prom and only had four months to do it. I tried weight watchers and it worked. Yeah i must admitt I felt a little stange because it was mostly older people there but I just stayed focus and lost the weight by my prom I had lost 54 lbs . Of corse i did excercise too. I bought a $19.99 arobic video tape and tried to do it every day. If you really want something bad enough GO GET IT! I hope i have encoraged you.

Hiya!
I had the same problem about 4 years ago when I was 19. The best weight loss is when you exercise religiously and eat wgat ever you want! If you deprieve your body of what you want, there are chances that you will slip from your weight loss programme. Exercing everyday is enough and one thing is that you have to drink water all the time because it helps to curb your appetite thus even when you haave high calorific foods you will have less. The other thing that you must remember is that when you do slip DO NOT GIVE UP! That way your weight loss programme will hold water
