I am a firm believer of the Goerge Foreman`s grill and try to come up with new ideas...Well I feel I hit paydirt today.
I made a marinate by adding 1/4 cup of O.J. in a big ziploc bag, then I added 1/2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp of italian herbs seasoning and a minced garlic clove. I then added some lean pork loins chops to the bag and marianted in the fridge for 4 hrs turning the bag on the other side once in a while.......HMMMMMMM...After grilling the meat on the GF grill it was delicious and I`m sure this would work well with chicken....I tend to avoid any oil product when making mariante so this one I came up with on the spur of the moment will have to be written down so I don`t forget it....The kids were cutting the meat with a butter knife and didn`t ask for any dipping sauce!!!!(they usually cover most meat with plum sauce) Ghislaine

that sounds good! My hubby and I are getting a George Forman grill for valentines. We figured it would be a nice "heart" heathy gift instead of candy. I will have to use this receipe.
One thing I have done w/ chicken breast in the stove that my kids loved is pour some salsa over the chicken and sprinkle w/ chopped green onion. Then bake for 30min...it is very good!
