Just a quickie-
I have been writing down the foods that I have been consuming and checkin' up to see if this is an appropriate diet for a young teen.
Foods:
Tuna, 175 calories
Chicken, 90 calories per container (2)
Lean turkey
Oatmeal- I think I know that one, lol!
Broiled fish
Eggs- 90 calories
Hashbrowns- 70 calories per cup
bunches of fruits and vegetables,! YAHOO!
That's the food taht I have been eating lately, I hope that I am not eating the wrong foods, but they seemed particularly reasonable to me. Hope that you say the same. Much thanks, Cora

I think you are doing well, but don't limit yourself too much or you'll get bored and cheat. Also, every so often endulge in a small portion of something sinful. Even if it's just Snackwells or potato chips. But always make sure you read the label and stick to the serving size or less when you do this. A great way to get something sweet in that isn't too bad is to buy a cake mix and substitute unsweetened apple sauce for the oil and all egg whites for the eggs in the recipe. There are some low-fat icings on the market or by itself is good.
