You mean what will I do aside from fantasizing about you doing all that stuff?
I already did 30 min elliptical and pushups and abs. But I'm with you this PM and will push myself this afternoon to do weights and more elliptical.
AND SERIOUSLY, YOU MOTIVATE ME TO DO MORE, AND I WANT TO MOTIVATE YOU AS WELL!
We can do this buddy! I am definately there with you!

Here is my report...
Came home after work and shoveled for 1/2 hr the heavy white stuff! My neighbour on one side had kindly cleaned my driveway while I was gone but I shoveled with the neighbour on the other side cause she had a good 2 feet of heavy stuff at the end of her driveway curtesy of the snow plow...
They are retired and such good neighboors I really don`t mind helping out.
I still have a bit of clearing to do with my sidewalk and will go out soon to do it...
Anyway here is my work out for the afternoon...
I did my treadmill warm-up
Legs:
3 sets of 12 rep squats(holding some weights)
2 sets of 12 rep pliée (holding lighter weights)
Upper body:
3 sets of 12 rep arm rowes
2 sets of 12 rep tricep extension(lighter weights)
3 sets of 12 rep Overhead press
3 sets of 12 rep bicep curls
2 sets of 12 rep seated fly
abs:
I do a variety of abs to add up to about 100 but today 70 was my cut off...
I`m also cutting out the karate class for tonight because of the roads condition...But I think that the snow shovelling has made up for it!

Sounds like that snow shoveling is a bunch of work (never tried it myself, California Boy here). I think you're still good. I'll see what I can do after work.

Yea Snow shoveling is a riot when the snow is wet and heavy!!! It amounts to shoveling heavy or wet dirt I guess...Well I went out at 3:30pm and shoveled some more until 4pm....I don`t mind when the snow is light and fluffy but it is quite the work out today...All in all I put in 1 hr of shoveling and 45 minutes of my work out...

Simply, I feel your pain. I had to laugh after spending a half hour out there shoveling tonight, got on fitday and they said you only burn 6 calories a minute. Yeah, maybe when it's light and fluffy, but the system that came through last night, in combination with the warmer weather today, made it an intense workout!
