I found some of the EAS protein shakes at the grocery store last night and they vary greatly in calorie content! There appear to be several different kinds. How many calories are in the ones that you use? and is there anything specific I should look for?

I use the EAS Advant CARB CONTROL...they only have 100 calories.

I use the same ones as Amanda, EAS Carb Control with 100 calories. Not for the low carbs, but for the lower calories.
