Hey, I stumbled across this site looking for ideas onhow to lose weight. I'm 5'3" and 160 pounds. I'm a size ten so I'm not fat, but I'd like to be an 8 or a 6. In high school I was about 135 and I was happy there now if only I could get back. I talked to a nutritionist on campus yesterday and she didn't tell me anything I didn't know already. I was wondering what some of the techniques are you guys use. I'm also really impulsive and I need to learn a way to teach myself how to not eat out and save money. :( This may have been covered a gazillion times here so feel free to just direct me to another post or give me some links. I'd be relaly appreciative. Thank you.
