OK i keep on and on saying i'm thinking about it
This week is 4th of July so i probably should start Next Monday after the holiday
but as soon as this weekend is over I am GOING TO drop my calorie limit for Monday - Friday to 1800
Sat & Sun i will probably continue the current 2000 just as a sort of break
But After losing 10lbs i rechecked and my maintinance level (with sedentary setting just to be sure it's low enough) Is like 2360 it was close to 2500 before
anywya i am goign to do this
and i'm telling ya'll so i cannot back out
So starting Monday after the Holiday my new calorie level will be 1800 for the weekdays
Ok i gotta stick with this
Thanks for your support

Good For you. And Good Luck.
I have a question though. Do you drink any soda? I do and I am trying to switch over to diet. Because there are no calories. And that will save me alot of calories a day, without taking in any less food. I usually drink at least 3 cans of Mt Dew a day. That is 170 X 3 ummmm 510 calories a day, enough for me to lose a pound a week without changing my eating. Just a thought.
Good Luck again!!!!!!!!!

No that was one of the first things i cut
i decided i could live without them
now the only time i allow myself to drink soda is when we have a family gathering/dinner or if my parents and i go out to eat (about once a month: holidays for the most part)
We really don't go out to eat much anymore except on special occasions. I guess after years of eating out a lot we are finally tired of it ;-)
Anyway now i drink water mostly and occasionally have some juice or milk (not too often though)
I was eating 3000-3500 cals a day before i started.... i dropped to 2000
now i think i can manage 1800...I am still losing at 2000 but a little slower than i'd like....it's like 1/2 - 1 lb a week...

Well you are doing a great job. Believe me. I have been doing this since January. It gets so frustrating. But I guess the point is to lose it slow because we are learning how to eat right and then it will be easier to maintain (even though that is suppose to be just as hard as losing.) But I don't know I haven't gotten to the maintaining part yet to know. Keep up the good work.
Smiles,
Kim
