Good day all!
I guess this is a good sign since I haven't been drinking the 64 ozs. as suggested. I began drinking this morning and am determined to seriously work on this weight.
Everything else in my life seems so out of control right now, and I guess the only thing I can control is what goes into my mouth. It's just that my eating seems to be emotionally charged!!! That's going to be difficult to overcome.
Somehow, water is essential to weight loss/control/maintenance, so I'm hoping it will help.

One of the miracles of all that water is watching the scale go down. I travel a lot and find that it is more difficult to drink enough water "on the road." (Mainly, it's just to hard to stop all the time to get rid of it!) But when I get home and start the water again--the scale goes down--I LOVE IT!

Right there with ya! Trying very hard to drink more water! I too understand its importance. It's just a matter of building in that habit...one habit at a time!

Just thought of another tip--do you like it really cold or really hot? I prefer room temperature water because I can drink without hurting my throat or stomach, my sister likes hers with lots of ice. Maybe you would prefer it a different temperature, or with bubbles, or with a lemon or lime--experiment...
