Does anyone do the Dr. Phil thing here? I had lost around 50 pounds and have just completely lost motivation.Does anyone else have or had had this problem? How can I get back on track?

SW,
WOW! 50 pounds! Congratulations!
I have a couple of questions:
What's your starting and present weight? Height?
What goal weight are you shooting for?
How long have you been working on this present program?
What does your eating and exercise routine look like?
Have you ever changed your eating/exercise routine lately? If so, how and when?
Is this the first time in your program you fee you've lost motivation? If not, how long did you remain unmotivated and what kick-started you before?
By answering these questions, you will provide us some information we may be able to relate to and tell you what worked for us or to offer suggestions; otherwise, it is hard to answer such a generalized question.
Personally, I've never read the Dr Phil book, but I've watched the show and reviewed the website and I like what I see; and I think a couple people on this message board are reading the book as well.
So get back with some answers and we'll see what we can do to kick you in the arse!
