Yes, I'm hanging around the internet too much today :) Have any of you had a look at his philosophy? Low fat, whole foods. Logical and easy enough to get your brain around, I think. There even is a shopping list for folks who just have no idea where to start.

In general I agree with his approach to eating.
But I could never follow it exactly because it requires way too much cooking. I also could live without the new age stuff.

I never looked at the new age stuff. Not very observant I guess. But I have to side with anybody who agrees we eat far too much processed stuff.

Its sounds great, except I'm unclear about eliminating all animal and fish meats! He advocates vegetarianism. I'm unclear about that and weather its the healthiest choice. It may be, but I sure know several vegetarians that are still overweight!
