Do you have diabetes? This diet is meant for people with diabetes to achieve normal blood sugars.
If you do not have it, you should not use this diet. It's a high-protein/low-carb diet, and such diets do not usually work for long-term weight loss - people on them tend to lose weight initially, and then gain it back. Also, such diets are not healthy and can have bad side effects on your health.

I would like to know if anyone has tried this diet as well. I have called about it and it is going to be expensive. The first consultation is anywhere from 195 - 235, and then you pay for the number of weeks you need to lose the weight. Since I am looking at a lot of weight to lose it is best to pay for the 4 weeks and that is another 375.00. I would like any information on this before going ahead with it. Thanks
