Hey all,
I know I haven't been on a lot lately -- I"m still unpacking stuff and getting settled. I haven't been REALLY strict with my food, but despite that, I am down to 176 lbs!!! I weighed myself using three different scales, and they all said 176 lbs -- so I guess that's what I weigh!! They can't all be wrong. Plus, each time I weighed myself was about 30 mins after supper -- so I might even be a pound or so lighter!! Wouldn't that be great!!
I've come to the conclusion that moving does help you to lose weight LOL ha ha ha :))
Glad to see everyone is doing well!! I have to go for now, but I'll probably be on a bit later!!

ok, I haven't been on in a while... are you in PEI now? If so, congratulations!!!! That's the first big step in your whole whack of life changes! How exciting!
Funny how getting distracted on something else for a while can actually benefit the weigth loss efforts. I just spent the last couple weeks eating junk food and take out but also managed to lose a couple lbs - Mind you I was also wearing heavy fire-retardent coveralls in the 30+ weather the entire time and disuaded from eating between meals due to my hands being contantly filthy (I've been doing some environmental monitoring on for a bunch of gas drilling rigs). but whatever works I guess :-)
