For yesterdays weigh in the scale had stayed the same at 168lbs and I was o.k with cause of not having a consistant eating pattern but I have done quite a bit of differant physical activities as well lately...Anyway this morning I didn`t feel as bloated so I decided to step on the scale and I`m down to 165 lbs....I can`t wait to go camping , the area promotes many trails to walk or ride...I haven`t put my cyclocomputer on my bike yet but it will be on it before we leave and I will make the most out of my camping trip...Everytime we go camping I ride a lot because nothing else is scheduled but relaxing so we often just go for rides as often as 5-6 times per day because of the lack of car traffic...Can`t wait....

Hi, that "thingamajiggy" is a cyclocomputer which is basically a bike pedometer/odemeter etc...
The one I have has 12 functions and some of them are to tell me the distance covered per bike ride or as an odemeter keep tract of the distance covered all together...It also tells me what speed I`m doing and also how long of a ride I took etc...I use the pedometer one when I walk to help me stay motivated and to do better the next time...It also saves me money on gas...Before getting my pedometer I would go for my walks on city streets, get home climb in my vehicle and drive the distance I had walk to see how far I had walk! So that pedometer has since save me lots of gas!!!
It may be silly but I need that type of data to keep going...It`s a great tool...G
