Given that you and I are starting back up again, I wanted to check in with you and see how things are going.
I'm having a really good week. I've been to the gym every day since Sunday, have logged all of my food intake AND have kept my calories at 1200 or 1275 every day. My abs are so sore that when I sneezed or coughed yesterday, I thought my intestines were going to shoot out of my belly button!! lol Now there's a pretty thought...
And I'm drinking at least 5 bottles of water every day. This means less time at my desk actually working but I now know the shortest and quickest path to the ladies' room!!

Way to go Dawn! Sounds like you are doing great. Me on the other hand....
I'm not sure about my calories, by dinner time I have been at 600 calories but then made home made chicken soup the other day (it's cold here) and have no idea of the calories in it. I've been eating that for the past 2 days for dinner but it's done now =)
Exercise has been hard, I got my butt moving yesterday doing walk away the pounds but could only do 2 of the 4 miles. TOM is near and I am so sore.
After the first 5 minutes I felt like certain parts were literally ripping off of me lol! So tomorrow morning (pay day today) I have to get a better bra to exercise in. Slowly but surely i'm getting there.
