Hey Dawn! I'm still here but unfortunately i'm having a gaining streak myself... last I checked I was up like 15 pounds and i'm sure I went up since then. I told simply trying I would make a weekly goal about 2 weeks ago and just got around to it this week. So i've been pretty much lurking here, how can I offer my experiences with weight loss with everyone if I gained that much back, you know? =/
I attached a pic, my arms no longer have the nice definition they once did and i'm just pudgy uggg. So what do you say, you and me kicking it back up to high gear? We did it before, we can certainly do it again! I'm breaking out the notebook to log every calorie and am starting to exercise for 1 hour 5 days a week tomorrow. I'm determined to do this, no more excuses!
I know it's not much encouragement but hopefully soon after sticking with this I can offer some.

You and I MUST kick it in to high gear, no more excuses, starting immediately!! I'm up 12 pounds from my lowest and even though I can still wear most of my clothes, several size 8 pants won't even zip...ugh!!
Back to the gym, the water, the journaling...we can do this! Let's make a pledge to check in with each other every week to help each other keep on track, ok?

Donna, I think you look great too. I also gained back about 14 pounds in one month just recently. Most of my clothes don't fit anymore. I think it's important for people who've had setbacks to stay on the board, as the truth is most people have setbacks. There are some powerhouses who never trip up, and never gain anything back, but that's not most of us. I believe that weight loss is an up and down process, not a straight line, and those of us who are going up and down need to talk about it and find solutions. There is no way I'm ever going back to 230, and any observations from someone in the same boat I'm in now would be valuable. So I hope you visit us more often!
