Hey Otta. Thanks for asking abou tme, I appreciate it. I have been popping in here and there for motivation but really haven't written because I had 2 weeks off of exercise and my weight jumped up to 138 the other day, so I've been in a slump. I had a tooth problem which is finally done (4 trips to the dentist in 2 weeks) and i'm back in action, 1200 cals a day, an hour cardio and about 12 hours a week weight lifting. It's amazing what a snug pair of pants can do and i'm determined not to be labeled a yo-yo dieter.
It's funny what when I first started losing weight 138 felt so thin to me but having been lower it now seems so high.
Again thanks for asking about me, and I hope all is well with you =)

I remember getting to 132 and thinking it was great. Now I see this belly fat or rather try to squish it into jeans ;)
