Hey there. Haven't seen you around for a little bit and am wondering how you are doing.

Hope everything is fine. And if it isn't, know that I'm thinking of you...

Hi Anne. Thanks for asking about me =) I have been lurking around when I get a chance. I haven't posted because I have nothing to add. I am trying to gain back 5 pounds. I went to 130 and everyone around me was about to check me into a clinic. They say I look anorexic and unhealthy. I still see myself as 180 when I look in the mirror so I have to take their words for it.

Thanks again, hope all is well with you.

Build the muscle...don't gain back the fat! I can't wait to be in that position!

Hey. Good to 'hear' your voice. :):)

It's interesting, isn't it? Striking that balance and finding what is just right for your body. It looks like you haven't had any trouble maintaining. I'm still on the VERY slow trip downward, but I'm getting there. I haven't weighed in in forever, but my clothes are getting loose and I just feel slimmer. So I'm hoping when I hop on that scale next month that I'll be very pleasantly surprised. Right now, I'm just trying to fit enough exercise in per day to get the results I want.

Again, good to see you...:):)
