Thanks G. I've found that we have to make time for exercise. All of us have the same 24 hours each day. It is how we priortize and use it that is different.
I listened to Jack La Lanne talk with a reporter from NPR this week. The reporter said "I don't have time for exercise". Jack said yes you do. Stand up right now, now squat down like you're going to sit but you keep your butt 1/2 inch off the chair. Then stand up and do it again and again and again. The reporter said he felt the burn and could do that while watching TV.
Maybe you could do something like that while you read the posts!

Don , I came home tired and cranky....so neeing some time to recoup I cam on line and saw your answer and you are right I need to make time for work outs...I am plenty active since I started work but do miss the intense cardios and strength training...I laugh when you wondered if I could do something like squats while at the computer cause today everytime I had to crab a bucket of ice (close to a 5 gallon pail) I would do weight lifting with it (arm curls) 5 times in a row LOl...But now that I have had a time to decompress, eat my dinner and Thank hubby for offering to take the kidos to karate , I am making some time for a strength training work out...G
