I LOVE lunge walking. I do it in the house with weights and without weight out the drive way. Both ways is about 200 yds. I'm wobblin' by the time I get back. I should take a barbell outside with me, the neighbours would love that.

Ever do directional lunges? I like those as well...G
5` 4 and 3/4 inches
previous weightloss from 2002- 2003
jan 2002 --198 lbs/ down to 160 lbs
start losing weight again July 19th 2004
168 lbs/ 157 lbs / 145 lbs
inches lost from may 5th to-oct 2nd 2004=15.5in

WOW, I break down after three sets of 15 (with dumbells in each hand). Going 200 yards would kill me. Good work.

Ooooh! I couldn't do the driveway with weights on board! Yikes! I love legs tho'. They always really feel like I've done something worthwhile.
