...In a word...YES!!
I'll tell you what, he may be the smartest man alive. Not only is he supportive, but extremely factual as well. I came accross a REALLY interesting, and when you get right down to it, a basic & simple plan for weight loss and a toned body. And the funny thing is, this testimony, which was told by a man named " Anthony Ellis ", is basically the SAME exact thing that GymMachine has been preaching forever here on this site. In fact, this story COULD have been GymMachine's.
Most websites you visit that are exercise or diet related have an agenda to sell you something, but this is not one of them. He basically tells his story, and what made him successful, and how he did it. He gives good advice..( Just like GM )..and he even gives an example of his workout. And JUST like GM's workout, he too does NOT go crazy with a lot of training. He says in the end, it does come down to a good diet and resistent workouts. I still found it really interesting and in complete agreement with what our own GymMachine has said all along.
I hope you will go there and read it for yourselves. I'll tell you one thing, if I could get his results, i will do it in a heartbeat.
The web addres is simple. www.fatlosstips.com
The author is Anthony Ellis, and i think you will enjoy it.
Best of luck on your goals.
Ron.

Hey Ron,
I just went to that site...and I also found it very interesting. Since I need to get more "educated" on fitness, it was great timing. Also, I really liked the information on the Ab sculpting. Was that him in the pictures? Great muscles!
Thanks for the info!
ML
P.S. It really does sound like GymMachine!

Yeah it does. Basically he mimics GymMachine in that, he too believes even for weight LOSS, and not neccesarily weight/Muscle gain, it is much better to do resistence training maybe two times a week at most. And this guy Ellis only does Legs once a week, while maybe hitting some of his others twice a week. However, he also feels that Cardio is perhaps more important to fat loss, and he also said that it's best done in the morning, and before you eat anything. I myself work late nights, and i HAVE to include my Cardio sessions after my weight workouts. But basically he does reenforce GM's theory that one should try to lift what is considered heavy to them, and for low Reps, and get ALOT of rest in between.
Glad you found it interesting, Nite, Ron :-)
