Hey guys and girls!
I was just a the doctor and I asked her how much she thought I should weight, and she told me, for my bone structure, anywhere from 120-145.
But then, as I recall, I was 120 pounds, and I felt really uncomfortable with my weight. Because I am not that tall, I feel more comfortable weighing less because it suits my height more.
I am shooting for 120 pounds, adn if I still feeel uncomfortable, then I am shooting for 5 pounds below that. I think it's fair to have it as my call, and to really listen to what my body has to say about it.
What do you think?

The weight range your doctor gave you is a statistical figure that applies to the average healthy woman with your height and built. Since we're all individuals, and not a statistic, there would be, of course, exceptions to this "rule." Whether or not you're among those exempted, is hard to tell, but the range is pretty wide enough to include most everyone.
120 lbs. with 15% body fat is a totally different 120 lbs. with 30% body fat even in the same person. Where you in "good shape" when you were at 120 lbs. last time? With a better diet and regular exercise (especially weight training), you might find yourself a totally different person back at 120 lbs, and may be satisfied with the way you look and feel at this weight.
