Hi! all,
I am back....have not been doing good on trying to lose weight. Was gone on vacation for two weeks...all my family did was eat, eat, eat...sit, sit and sit. So was not able to do any exercise on vacation except was able to do 2 day workout. Only gain 2 pounds on the vacation. Now I am back trying to do my 6 miles every day except on Sunday. Tried counting my calories the first couple of days...but it would get depressing because Sat. I tend to eat with my family and my calories would add up...like close to 1800 calorie a day. Today not doing good so far...had 2 1/2 chocolate donut already. Told myself I will have a TV dinner for lunch and lite dinner. My goal in calorie is usually 1200-1300 and I do good on Monday through Friday. Glad to have read all everybody's post.

Hey I remember you. Of course. 2 lbs isn't bad on a two week vaction. I think I gained 2.5 in one week. Well anyway, gald you're back safe and sound.

Glad you all remember me. Thank you for welcoming me back. I will start coming here again to help me get motivated on trying to lose my weight. It is soooo! hard when I just want to eat CHOCOLATE. Well, thanks again.

I also remember you. I am really glad that the regulars are making their way back to the board! I know what you mean about the chocolate. that is a major downfall for me too. It sounds like you are getting back on track and 2 pound gain its't much. You can take it off in no time at all.
