If we do, I'll start it this week... :-)
Sunday: walk with dog and hubby
Monday: walk with dog and hubby
Tuesday: walk with dog and hubby in howling freezing wind
: Lifting weigths, upper arms
Wednesday: walk with dog and hubby in rain
Thursday: walk with dog and grumpy, sleepy hubby
Friday: Walk with hubby and grumpy, sleepy dog
Walks have all been short to start but my goal this week has been to get my husband in a routine and be easy on him. I plan to up my exercise and sneak longer walks out of him each day :-)
Cheers,
Niki
