hey, not that i know of. ive used them and they didnt do anyhing for me.your experience may be better....but the surest way is working the muscles yourself not using a belt to do it

I don't think so - well, at least I'd be skeptical but I've never had any luck with those gadgets. Maybe someone else would have, don't know.
