What part of your body do you lose the mose weight from? I heard that your breasts are the first to go.

Unfortunately that is what is happening here. The breasts and the upper abdominals. However, I don't mind because I need to lose a little anyway.

your body has no list of 'what comes off where' in order...it will come off from more noticable places than others, but it will come off everywhere...u might notice it in ur legs or hips for example, before there is much change in the boobies :)

well the breasts are made of fatty tissue (almost completely)...soooooooo when you lose fat, unfortunatly you can say which fat goes and which fat stays

I thought it would be a bad thing losing the fat around the breast as one loses weight. However, as I found out, one may end up with smaller breasts, but they definitely would be better-shaped and firmer, especially if there was little or no noticeable "sag" in the first place. I could never go braless under those lined or even those with shelf-bra tops before, but now I can even though I technically did not even lose a whole cup size (from a tight C to a B-C) Also, with the excess weight off, it will likely mean less "gravity effect" and thus less sag through the years.
