Do I need to feel guilty?

Happy Labor Day all!
This is a goofy question, but I'm wondering if I just blew my calories for the day. Kiddos and I went to the park, and I am not joking, I ate, like, 3 pounds of watermelon!! Ha! It was just so good!! I haven't eaten anything else today, and I'll be lucky if I don't get sick... but it was so hot outside, and the watermelon was so good and cold. (It was the first one we bought this season.) I know fruit in general is a good thing, but too much of anything... Right? I hope most of it is just water, hence the name, right? Oh boy! Back to the grind tomorrow! But my tummy is really full for the first time in weeks! Guilt or not, that feels great!
Have a great day, everybody!!

And boy can I eat it! I'm talking a whole melon to myself in 2 days!

According to fitday there is 48.64 calories in 1 cup of watermelon, hope that helps....unfortunately it won't help with the running to the bathroom though =(

Of course you should feel guilty...I was raised Catholic and so I believe everyone should feel guilty...with or without watermelon.

I intend to live forever.....So far so good!

Lol ...I don`t invy the bathroom trips.....Anyway you probably will actually show a weightloss from eating that much watermelon and getting rid of some water retention...There is actually a watermelon diet out there somewhere.....

I wouldn't feel guilty... It's better than eating a Big Mac and a large order of fries!! If anything, I'd feel GREAT that I filled my belly up with fruits!! That's great!! And if you feel guilty, have a salad or something light for dinner, but I think you did a good thing!! SMILE!!!

Hee hee hee! I'm not Catholic, but if that's one of the basics, I'm well on my way! My family says I have a guilt thing... I'm psychotic. ;)

Okay, thanks everybody. I do feel better. And actually, I still kept a calorie deficit today, so that's good, even though it was mostly carbs. Oh well, tomorrow's another day! I get to make all new mistakes! G'night!

It was labor day, so I didn't do any labor. I didn't work out and I didn't rack up a calorie deficit. This morning I woke up 3 pounds heavier than yesterday. Do I feel guilty? Not really, those 3 pounds will fall off in time and I'm back on the wagon today.
