Today? I have had such problems falling to sleep at night and last night was no exception. I think I crashed at around 3 or 4 was up at 11 but I feel like garbage. I can not get off my butt to exercise, I literally have no energy whatsoever.

I think you should. I know you don't feel like it now but I think you will be kicking yourself later if you don't.
NOW GO GO GO!!!

I feel the same way Donna.. For the past week I've been so tired and for no reason at all.. I actually get 8 hours of sleep a night so I can't figure out why I should be so tired.I'm eating healthy and exercising so what gives??? I thought I was suppose to get more energy once I started exercising.. I had to push myself just to walk 15 minutes on the treadmill this morning.. Sure wish I could go back to bed right now.. I feel so BLAHHHHHHH......

Donna, just make sure you monitor your fatigue levels and keep track of other symptoms that might indicate a more serious problem. Other than that, I honestly think that it's not a bad idea to give our bodies a break every once ina while as long as we don't give up on our plan all together. I'll have you in my thoughts. I'm going through somewhat the same thing here. the fatigue can get VERY old.

.....some times when I get on the treadmill the first 1/2 mile is the hardest,
but then I seem to get a second wind and my energy level actually seems
to increase and after the exercise is done it makes you feel so good that
you actually look forward to it the next time :-)
(and it's earier when you remember that once you get started and are exercising for a while that it helps to to snap out of that sluggish feeling and the rest of the exercise time is great)
