Ohh, I've been pigging out at dinner lately! All I do after 5 is crave, crave, crave!
I know that many of you eat several small meals instead of holding back. Does that help with the cravings? I am sick of feeling like a stuffed turkey after dinner!! :)

I'm a sucker for pretzels and, although they're healthy, they're not if you eat the whole bag in a day!!
I tried to hold off my food intake during the day so I could have more at night, though critics would say not to do that because you'll gain weight eating so late. I lost a considerable amount of weight doing just this (68 pounds), although, I've stopped losing. And, when I looked at my diet, that was the only adjustment (that and portion control!).
