HI, me again Goliath lol, thanx for the tips on sugar i just dont know where i can go too find that info out. And another thing i just started doing some light weights I do 3 reps of 10 with 60 pound bar. Is this too much or too little? should i be doing other weights too?

It is not how much weight you lift. It's whether you use proper form when lifting. You have to decide what your goal is from lifting weights. I am on a strict diet to lose weight. I know you can lose muscle along with fat. So I lift to keep muscle along with losing fat. I don't desire to be extremely muscular.
