Hello everybody!
Amy here, I have another problem. I guess once, I got that method put into my head "I won't diet today, I'll start my diet tomorrow." And I can't seem to get it out~ What am I supposed to do?? Everytime I try to eat something in the morning so that I cdon't eat a bunch of crap in the afternoon, I am just not hungry in the mornings!!!!!!
Ugh!

At first eating at irregular times will be difficult, but you have to form the new habit. Your body will come to expect the new 'feeding time' soon. Psychologically it only takes two weeks to form a new habit. Force yourself, soon enough you won't have to. The beginning is the hardest.

Ang, you are right on the money! My Mother always said that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. I believe this. I can sympathize with you, Amy. I am not a breakfast person either but once I started walking 3miles or so every morning I decoded to make breakfast a habit. I only have a pkg of oatmeal or something small, like a cereal bar or small bowl of cereal. I decided to skip breakfast the other morning before walking to see how I would feel and my energy was down for the whole day. And ,BOY, could I tell when I was walking too! Just make a habit out of eating regularly(breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner) and before you know it you'll be on your way! Good luck! Jamie

Hi everyone. I just was looking at the sight and read some of the responses. Do you guys have the practical weight loss book? If so is it really as good as she says? I just hate to waist money again but tired of being "FAT".
