Hey I need help. My girlfriend wants to go on one of these diet patches or something of the sort. She is not fat but she thinks that she is chubby and is looking to lose from 10 to 20 pounds. Does anyone know of something safe for a situation like this when in my eyes she really doesn't even need to diet but she feels as though she wants to look better for the summer months. So if anyone knows anything about the diet patches or can tell me of another cheap yet safe alternative for a situtation like this please tell me. I need help on this. Thanks

Yeah, forget the patch, spend quality time together by doing physical activities, increase water intake, lose the scale, and do a few lifestyle changes like eating lower fat meals, less breads, more veggies, not skipping meals but actually keep your metabolism going by having 5-6 small meal /day (2-3 of them snacks) Basically follow the healthy guidelines for nutrition and portions.... Bike rides, brisk walking , dancing, hiking are some activities you can do together for cardio benefits and if she wants to tone she can(so can you)add some strength training exercises 2-3x/week....Important, the best advice I can give you is for the 2 of you to research and read up on the suggestions I made and go from there.....Fattybutt
