Has anybody ever followed a diet plan in the internet or did you make your own diet plan?? Please let me know. If you have one, can you share, thanks. I am having a hard time losing my weight and want to follow something. I want to lose 'at least' 7-10 pounds before Christmas. Hope to hear from someone. Thanks.
P.S. I work out 30 mins a day - 6 days a week. BUT am terrible with food...I love to eat when I pass my kitchen or when I am bored I bake. Their has to be a menu out there that I can follow. There has to be...I hope. So hopefully someone can help me. A big thanks.

Hi stranger! Good to see you back! Are you looking for a list of exactly what to eat and when to eat it? If so, you may want to have a look at Body For Life. I think they give you exact lists and then teach you how to make substitutions and good choices of your own.

I like to bake too... but it gets me into trouble with my scale, so I try not to do it much.
When you get bored, why not try to sit down and start creating your own daily menus? Not only wil you get to pick all the things you like and want, but you'll be better able to remember what is in the foods you eat the next time you reach into the cupboard for something.
Well, every so often I will do that for myself... or create or alter a soup recipe or two and make them over the next few days.
Just an idea, I guess. But I don' know of any places to get full menus (at least that are appetizing)

Hi! Otta-no-better & Elizabeth Ann
I come here alot - just don't post alot anymore until now. Thank you both.
I went searching in the internet and found something that might help me for now - just to lose my 5 pounds or so. I found it in nutrisystem...or I got an idea off that website. I decided to try a soup diet...meaning campbell chunky soup. One for lunch and one for dinner and this weekend will add fruit since I don't have any around my house right now. I did count the calories and I will be at 1200 calories and 30% fat grams. Will take it one day at a time and hope for the best. THIS TIME NO CHEATING FOR ME, until I see some result. Time to get back to reading.
