Ok... the grapefruit diet everyone was talking about here... remember that?
Well... I started it and it's already the end of day #5 and I weighted myself and guess what?!?!?!? I GAINED 2 lbs! How is that possible??? I've put so much effort into this, and didn't cheat AT ALL! The diet says you may not see any change at the first 4 days but then you'll see changes on the 5th day and stuff... like major changes. But instead of lossing weight, I'm GAINING it?!?!?!!? HELP!
I know some of you are doing this diet also, so please tell me if you see any results... and if so, when did you start seeing them?

Are you drinking lot's of water Julia? If you don't drink your body hangs onto water. When you drink heaps it let's it go...just a though anyhow...water had no calories.

I think water was my problem, so yeah... you're right. I mean I thought I was drinking enough, but I guess I wasn't.
So yesterday I drank A LOT more than I susually do and this morning I weighted 5 lbs less than yesterday. I don't know if this is even possible... but water was the problem for SURE! Well... at least I hope it was... :)
