Hello everyone:
This is my first post on this board, although I have been lurking for nearly a month now. I see so many questions from people who want information about calories expended during exercise, or number of calories in a particular food etc.
I have been using a diet software tool that has helped me lose 80 Lbs two different diets. I cannot say enough good about it. This website even has a link to the site (dietpower.com).
I am very interested in hearing from anyone who is also using it.
