The plan is to find time for more structured cardios..Since hubby was coming to my son`s b-ball game , I opted to walk the distance instead of riding with them...I left half hour earlier then them and still got there in time to sit and enjoy the game... So 45 minute walk, 2.51 miles accoarding to my pedometer and then after a while spent 15 minutes doing races with the coach younger son to keep him busy...Afterwards we took our kids for ice cream but I opted not to have any...Woohoo..I can do this one step at a time and so can you...I working towards a good donation to the Heart and Strokes in September and that is my insentive right now...Since my Daughter and I will do the 10 KM walk this year, practise makes perfect is our motto...G

ST,
That was a good way to think outside the box. The fact that you blew off the ice cream was doubly impressive. And having a goal to do a 10K in September will provide you with the motivation to keep it up--I think you've cracked the code! Hooray for you!
