I am just amazed. 100% amazed! I just did half an hour of nonstop exercise! I even lifted weights after I was done cardio... the Gazelle, jogging, a little walking but mostly I was jogging! Even my asthma didn't get the best of me today.
I am SO excited! Thank you for allowing me to share all this. It's such an exhilirating feeling to know I can actually do it. If I did it today, I think I can do it every day :) I have been cutting at least 500 calories a day, too. I really hope I see a difference at least within a month... I have never been so serious about doing this!

Success will be yours!

Now THAT'S what we're talking about Del!
With the decreased calories and increased exercise you will start seeing and feeling a difference shortly.
Have you been drinking lots and lots of water? That is a very simple thing to do, but makes a BIG impact on your weight loss.
Keep moving and keep posting.

Hi Fabulous! Thanks for the kind words and encouragement! I'm feeling sort of blah today and was this close to not working out at all, but I have no real reason not to so I am going to go downstairs and begin shortly.
I do drink tons of water, and love it! I drink about 4-5 bottles a day, and usually throw in a bottle of Crystal Light also. I find that if I haven't drunk my "assigned" amount of water by the end of the day, I really feel bad about it, so I am always determined to drink as much as I can during the day.
Thanks again!!

So, did you do it? How did it make your feel? Don't give in to that little voice that's telling you "don't exercise." Show it who REALLY is the boss.
