I didn't give it 100% and I didn't do all 70 minutes but I did do 40 minutes at about 50%. According to fitday, thats 205 calories burned. Just enough to get off that little piece of apple pie I had. I felt so weak I ate my dinner at lunch and the slice of pie. 4 hours later I finally got enough energy to move my butt a bit. I hope my walk later goes beter. I'm not going to walk to break out a sweat, just to walk and get a little more exercise.
I do notice however that I am coughing alot and my head is seriously stuffed. maybe it's my body's way of telling me to take a break because I have a little summer cold or that my allergies are too bad (dizzy too)? Thats why I didn't want to push to do 100%. What do you guys think? Can your allergies acting up bad effect you like that?
Also, thanks to everyone who replied to my weights question and my one earlier. My hubby and I put all the info together, looked at every page and are putting a routine together for him tonight.

I don't have allergies, but my husband does. I know that they kick his butt and he doesn't feel like doing much when they flare real bad. So, if your stuffy head and yucky feeling isn't gone in a week then you know it's your allergies and not a cold.
I hope you feel better.
