I lost 30 pounds on carb/fat blocker called Bloxsol. Many of my frioends have too. Just take a few pills with every meal. Also, for those who don't like pills, try Dermaloss. It's a weight loss patch. Simply put a patch on your skin, and your appetute wikll be surpressed all day!!!

As opposed via your stomach and digestive system with pills, the herbs in the patch that go through your skin and into your bloodstream via so-called transdermal deliviery (like the nictoin patch and the birth control patch, for example). The ingedients (herbs) will supress your apetite. Because it's a patch, the "delivery" is very time-released (it lasts all day). Since it does supress your appetite, you should naturally feel full faster and, hence, eat less (and then lose weight). The claim that with Dermaloss you can lose up to 3 to 5 pounds per week. I would call the store that I got mine from. If you're sceptical, perhaps they can offer money back guarantee or something. Good luck!

I've heard of those. I'm kinda skeptical, but also interested. I just don't wanna end up hurting myself, or spending too much money.

What happens when you come off the patch and your appetite returns in force?
And you are 30lbs lighter and you metabolism is 400calories slower b/c of the loss off fat/muscle tissue....

why get a patch when if u really wanted to, u can get an appetitie supressant via pill form?....by the way appetite supressents have been shown to work very minimally..would rather save my money and buy some more protein and chunk on some mucle!

Maybe it depends where you stick it.. . I imagine if you stuck it to your mouth, it would be really effective!
hee hee
a lot of it is mind over matter. If you aren't intuned to your body, you won't recongize teh 'full' signals these suppressants may or may not send.

I have actually tried Dermaloss. So far I have lost about ten pounds! The main benefit is that it helps me eat less (or not in excess, I should say). I'd recommend it to anybody who has problems controlling their appetite!

Here's my problem with any type of weight loss method other than exercise and you, yourself controlling the amount of calories you consume.
As you lose weight your basal(sitting) calories burned per day, your metabolism, slows. Sooo, you take this pill, patch, shake,,,whatever to help you control the amount of calories you eat. By doing this you are shooting yourself in the foot on 2 levels.
1) You are using artificial means to control calories. When the means are removed(stopped taking the pill patch whatever), you have not developed the habit of eating the required calories to maintain the lower weight you are now at.
2) Combine number 1 with this fact... Now you are "X" amount of lbs. ligher...thats wonderful...but... Your metabolism will reflect this change in weight, you have less tissue on your frame needing the support of bloodflow, oxygenation, detoxification etc etc. Your sitting metabolism will burn less calories than it used to at a higher weight.
So take a look at the big picture here. You now burn less calories at the lighter ideal weight. You have removed the means of which helped you to eat fewer calories. You return to eating your normal amount of calories, the same amount that got you fat in the first place. Your slower metabolism combines with this old eating pattern, and BooM,,,or SaG, you are putting on weight the minute you come off the patch or pill.
Losing weight, is not that hard. Having the skills and self-honesty and self-motivation to control your caloric intake is HARD. You learn these skills by systematically cutting calories naturally as you lose weight.
A crutch is a tool to help heal a broken leg. A patch pill or drink is a crutch, so to speak. A crutch that as soon as it is removed, causes you to break your leg worse than it was before.
