I got some really bad news about one of my friends... she was in a car accident and they are at the point where they still don't know whether she'll make it. She's in ICU. I just feel helpless because she's in the US and I am in Canada so theres nothing I can do.

She was going towards San Diego and she got in an accident. But yes, I will most definitely be praying for her and her loved ones. :) Thanks for all your support.

I just found out that it was a drunk driver that hit her, but I also heard that she is expected to make a full recovery. Shes got some broken bones and such, but should be okay!! Thank you everyone for your prayers and support!!! You guys are great!

Wow...when are people going to learn to keep from drinking and driving. When I was 20 drinking and driving was a hobby for some folks, not a feloney like it is now. I think it was a $50 fine if you got caught.
Anyway, I was plowed and driving home... and was so relieved i didn't get caught as I drove down my street, and then this little kid darted out in front of me. Thank God I missed him. But I realized that getting busted is nothing compared to possibly killing someone. That was the last time I drank, even one drink, and drove.
Thank God your bud will be okay...tell your friends, maybe they can learn something from this and save a life. Ya never know.

I'm so glad that your friend is okay...........prayer does work when you believe........my hubby takes ALOT of drunk drivers to jail, he has seen way too many innocent people lose their lives because someone chose to drive drunk. It is a sad thing for sure!!!
