My strategies are quite honestly trying to stay on track with a healthier food lifestyle and more exercises....At the beginning of this journey in january 2002 I set out for goal to be healthy by age 40...I also mainatain that this time I was going to do things my way with no more yo yo dieting ect...I also mentionned that it didn`t matter how slow the weight came off...Well that last statement has come back to bit me in a-- quite a few time and test my comitment but it doesn`t last long...YES it`s very slow but also from my own negligence in making efforts and maintaining the 28 lb lost over a period of 7 months....Now I`m back to wanting to lose and nothing has changed from my original goal except I`m wiser ....Hey I have met the goal of being healthy quite a while ago so I did meet the goal I set a long time ago....I will be 39 in november and would be happy meeting 150lbs one day so if I am to make another goal to keep it would be to finally be 160 by my 39th b-day...It may not seem like much of a challeng but after being at 168lb all this time well....:D
