Is there anything wrong with decaf coffee? Anything in it I should be thinking about?
Thanks!

As long as you do not put sugar and cream in it has practically no calories. I am not much of a decaff person but drink lots of regular coffee and it has never hurt my weightloss.

I drink half caff coffee. It still gives me a little lift in the morning, but doesn't make me jittery. I put cream and sugar in mine, but I allow for the calories with my daily intake.

Try Equal for your coffee. I just could not give up my sugar in hot tea (don't like coffee) but Equal tasts about as close as you can get, much different than Sweet n Low or any other artificial sweetners. I love sugar so I put two packets in a cup but hey, no calories, who cares.
2% Milk is as low as I can go with dairy in my tea. Tried others, just need that milk and sugar taste I guess.

You can also try "Splenda" as a sugar substitute. It is more expensive than the other sweeteners. Since I tended to get an "after taste" from artificial sweeteners, I used to use sugar; but when I tried Splenda, I found it tasted much better and now I use it all the time.

I meant to say SPLENDA!!! My husband used Equal with his coffee and I couldn't stand it so I used sugar until finding Splenda for my hot tea. I was amazed how good it tasted.
Have you baked anything with it? I have not tried anything and thought maybe before Christmas I would try a few things to see how they turned out. I remember reading here that for the "bulk" of sugar that you won't have you could use applesauce, which I really don't like, but maybe there is some other substitue for the amount of sugar there would be in a recipe.
