you're diet has really gone a long way in five days, Dee...i'm sorry you feel a bit tired - the drop in calories, the increase in activity, caffeine (from soda) withdrawal, and maybe even sugar withdrawal (some people believe in this)...
make sure you take a breather from exercising...why not take a break from swimming tomorrow?... you've been exercising three or four days straight now, haven't you?...make it three days exercise followed by a day's rest - just be ctive, like tidy up your room, help your mom with the rest of the house, etc.
no point in burning yourself out this early in the game...it's a loooooooong process, and we've got to all make sure we're equipped for the long haul...
for the bathing suit - try lane bryant...they usually have stores in the mall, and probably a good website as well...i'll try to research more for you...

i came across this website in my quick search - www.womensplusclothingstores.com - a list of stores and their web addresses...most promising seems to be this site called JUNONIA (www.junonia.com)...they carry sizes 28 to 30 of classy looking swimsuits (they call this size JUNONIA size 6)...they even have a lot of close-out deals...hope you find one to your liking

GREAT JOB DEE!!! I am very proud of you, The food intake might be an adjustment to deal with at first but you are doing great so keep it up...Since you mentionned seeing a nutritionist mention the fact that you feel hungry or tired and she may be able to help you plan a food menu that stays within the proper calorie ranch but helps with the hunger and fatigue....I agree with Michelle that you should make sure to take a day of rest from swimming and do another form of activity....I applause your determination....As for the swimmsuit, if you are o.k. for a bit longer with the shorts and t-shirt(people will talk no matter what you wear) you may want to hold off a bit cause before long you may need the smaller size, if you find a great deal maybe you should buy the next size down to have later....Keep up the good work , you are strong and you can do it...."Take to heart only which can make you stronger." So keep on ignoring those people at the pool bceause before long they will have something better to talk about, the fact that they notice the weight drop....You are better then them don`t forget it!
